Libby has always been passionate about health & fitness, so it is only natural that she wanted to share this with others. After spending 20 years as a teacher, Libby made a career change into the fitness industry where, as a personal trainer, she is able to inspire and help others to lead a healthier lifestyle and improve their quality of life.
Since joining the industry in 2007 Libby has excelled in numerous roles. Her expertise extends to individual & group personal training, hosting bootcamps, as a group fitness leader, a personal training co-ordinator. Libby was awarded Fernwood Personal Trainer of the year in 2009.
Libby is a world class trainer and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the My Trainer team.
